Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet rigorous Canadian legislative and provincial standards.
• Develop and test Fast Formulas tailored for Canadian-specific benefits, pensions, and deductions.
• Support clients through critical phases including UAT, Parallel Runs, and Go-Live stabilization.
• Lead data migration activities for payroll balances and historical tax data using HCM Data Loader.
• Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer to client payroll teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Payroll experience.
• Thorough understanding of Canadian Payroll (CRA, Revenu Québec, and provincial standards).
• Proven experience working in complex, unionized environments with intricate pay rules.
• Expertise in Fast Formula development and payroll-specific security configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for reconciling payroll balances and resolving calculation errors.
