Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of US Global Payroll implementations for enterprise clients.
- Lead complex Tax Reconciliation, quarterly filings, and year-end processing efforts.
- Design and govern payroll costing, accounting, and OTL integration strategies.
- Manage client stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on complex Fast Formula logic for specific US state and local rules.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll experience with multiple end-to-end go-lives.
- Deep knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax legislative requirements.
- Strong leadership experience managing functional teams and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in HCM Security and advanced data loading for payroll-specific objects.
- Exceptional analytical skills for solving complex payroll calculation and costing discrepancies.
