Location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop complex Fast Formulas for Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Drive technical workstreams using Redwood UI (VBS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead performance tuning and troubleshooting for high-volume data migrations and integrations.
• Design custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Collaborate with functional leads to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience with a strong techno-functional background.
• Mastery of HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL, and spreadsheet loaders.
• Proven experience leading remote technical teams in a lean, fast-paced consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud security models and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Excellent communication skills for navigating client-facing technical workshops.
