Location: US (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OAB, OTL).
- Manage system patches, R12 upgrades, and the maintenance of complex legacy customizations.
- Partner with clients to optimize business processes within the EBS framework while planning Cloud journeys.
- Develop and maintain custom PL/SQL packages, interfaces, and alerts to support HR operations.
- Supervise data integrity audits and coordinate with database administrators for system stability.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience specializing in Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and EBS Architecture.
- Previous experience delivering solutions in the Public Sector or Healthcare industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple EBS workstreams simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset to help clients navigate the transition from On-Premise to Oracle Cloud.
