Location: US (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OAB, OTL).
  • Manage system patches, R12 upgrades, and the maintenance of complex legacy customizations.
  • Partner with clients to optimize business processes within the EBS framework while planning Cloud journeys.
  • Develop and maintain custom PL/SQL packages, interfaces, and alerts to support HR operations.
  • Supervise data integrity audits and coordinate with database administrators for system stability.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience specializing in Oracle EBS HRMS.
  • Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and EBS Architecture.
  • Previous experience delivering solutions in the Public Sector or Healthcare industries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple EBS workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset to help clients navigate the transition from On-Premise to Oracle Cloud.
